1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our flight simulator facility and the booking of all simulator experiences. By securing a booking or entering the simulator premises, participants and visitors agree to be bound by these rules. Our primary goal is to provide a highly realistic, safe, and enjoyable cinematic flight experience for every guest.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version applicable to your experience is the one in effect on the date your booking is confirmed.
2. Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations
All flight experiences must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your scheduled cockpit slot. Group events and corporate bookings may be subject to separate deposit agreements as outlined in their specific invoices.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your individual flight experience up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time at no additional cost.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will not be refunded, though you may transfer the booking to another individual.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled briefing and flight will result in the forfeiture of your booking without a refund. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled take-off time.
3. Health, Safety & Conduct
For the safety of all guests and the protection of our highly sensitive simulation equipment, strict conduct guidelines apply inside the cockpit and the surrounding facility.
Participants must be in good physical health and capable of safely entering and exiting the enclosed simulator deck. Guests under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or impairing medications will be strictly denied entry to the simulator, and their booking will be canceled without refund. Our instructors hold final authority regarding passenger readiness and simulator operation. We reserve the right to terminate an ongoing flight session immediately if a participant acts recklessly or fails to follow instructor commands.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our simulators operate in a secure, static-base or controlled-motion environment, the experience involves immersive visual and auditory stimuli that may affect individuals sensitive to motion or light. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
SkyDeck Simulators shall not be held liable for any personal belongings lost, misplaced, or damaged during your visit. Furthermore, we assume no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our staff.
